Cancellation Policy

Individual appointments cancelled with less that 24 hours notice, and group appointments with less than 72 hrs notice will be charged 50% of the booked service price.

No show fees are as follows:

• 50% of booked services costs for 1st no-show.
• 100% of booked services costs for repeat no-shows.
